A carefully structured recruitment plan maps out the strategy for attracting and hiring the best qualified candidate and helps to ensure an well matched applicant pool
A qualified and experienced Recruitment professional with knowledge and strategy planning together with the team will manage each vacancy in a with an individual touch.
In order to identify the widest and talented applicant pool, sourcing and outreach activities are then preformed. We identify the best marketing channels and are unique to each vacancy.
Screening of CVâs, candidate portfolio, experience and qualifications take place. Using ethical values and without discrimination a short list is generated to best match the clients requirements.
The interview is the single most important step in the selection process.
